Marketing & Branding.

During my time at The Clear Cut, I played a pivotal role in shaping the brand’s marketing and storytelling across digital and physical touchpoints. I contributed to the development of newsletter designs that drove higher engagement and reflected the brand’s refined aesthetic. I also helped craft and formalize the company’s branding book, ensuring consistency across channels and campaigns. Beyond digital, I co-created and delivered multiple high-impact events in partnership with major influencers and industry leaders such as De Beers, extending the brand’s reach and reinforcing its reputation within the luxury jewelry space.

User Experience.

On the product and user experience side, I successfully managed and maintained The Clear Cut’s Shopify website, overseeing everything from merchandising and product setup to editing content and optimizing the user interface. My work involved continuously refining product presentation, streamlining navigation, and implementing design improvements that elevated the customer journey. By combining UX strategy with hands-on execution, I ensured that the site functioned as both an elegant showcase of fine jewelry and a high-performing e-commerce platform.

Software Development & NFTs.

A major part of my contribution was shaping and building GEM, The Clear Cut’s proprietary software that streamlined internal operations and enhanced customer experiences over several years of development. Alongside GEM, I also spearheaded pioneering initiatives around blockchain by launching the brand’s first-ever diamond NFT. Both projects demonstrated how technology and tradition could intersect—GEM provided the foundation for more efficient workflows and scalability, while the NFT positioned The Clear Cut as an innovator in fine jewelry, opening new digital pathways for customer engagement and brand differentiation.
