Marketing & Activations

The ongoing work with Broken Rackets focuses on building a consistent and intentional marketing layer that connects digital communication with real-world activations. This includes the development of social content calendars and strategies tailored around key brand moments, product drops, and events. The objective is to create a cohesive narrative across platforms, ensuring that each activation is supported by clear, engaging storytelling that drives visibility and community engagement.

In parallel, contributions extend into both the planning and execution of events, supporting the brand across online promotion and on-the-ground activation. This includes involvement in key moments such as the Goldstein Mansion event in Los Angeles and more recently in Como, helping translate the brand’s identity into physical experiences. The work focuses on aligning content, community, and activations to create meaningful touchpoints that strengthen brand presence and foster long-term engagement.

E-commerce & Digital Strategy

Alongside marketing and activation efforts, the work extends into shaping the brand’s digital ecosystem, with a strong focus on evolving the e-commerce experience and overall platform structure. The goal is to create a tighter connection between product, storytelling, and community, building a digital foundation that reflects how the brand lives both online and offline.

A strategic e-commerce roadmap was developed to guide this evolution, prioritizing improvements based on user behavior and business objectives. Ongoing work focuses on optimizing site flows, product discovery, and messaging to improve clarity and conversion across the customer journey. The approach is both structural and iterative, ensuring the platform continues to evolve in line with the brand’s growth and cultural direction.
