Ongoing Project.
The ongoing work with Broken Rackets focuses on evolving the brand’s ecommerce experience while supporting the growth of its community and cultural presence. The objective is to strengthen the connection between product brand storytelling and real world activations while building a more intentional and scalable digital ecosystem.
A strategic ecommerce roadmap was defined to guide this evolution with a strong focus on UX and marketing performance. The roadmap prioritizes improvements based on brand objectives user behavior research and performance insights with the goal of improving clarity discoverability and conversion across the customer journey.
In parallel monthly digital calendars were developed to structure marketing efforts across ecommerce content product releases and brand moments. This work ensures consistency across channels while aligning storytelling promotions and campaigns with broader brand and business goals.
UX and marketing initiatives are deeply interconnected within the project. Ongoing work includes optimizing site flows product discovery and messaging while supporting growth through community driven marketing initiatives. This extends into the planning and promotion of events pop ups and other activations designed to translate the brand’s energy into meaningful experiences that drive engagement loyalty and long term growth.
