Contributed both creatively and analytically to the Palm Angels website by merging a strong design perspective with data-driven insights. Conducted a full analysis of key performance metrics—traffic patterns, conversion rates, and user engagement—to uncover growth opportunities and shape strategic recommendations. In parallel, carried out a detailed Figma audit of the site’s pop-up designs to ensure alignment with European regulations, focusing on transparency, accessibility, and user experience best practices. These findings were translated into clear design and development guidelines, enabling the e-commerce team to optimize functionality, refine the customer journey, and strengthen compliance. My role bridged creativity and analytics, ensuring Palm Angels’ digital presence both elevated the brand identity and delivered measurable, regulation-ready results.
